1. Quick Access
Toolbar
Using this toolbar you can easily save your document & delete your document
or something wrong on your document then use quick access toolbar’s options ‘undo
or redo’, & you can customize your Quick Access Toolbar
2. Office Button
This button
manually use to save, print and send documents.
3 Title bar
This toolbar display your document name.
4 Menu Bar
Menu bar contains Home, Insert, Page Layout,
References, Mailings and View options.
Menu bar options are defined bellow.
most of the common word processing tools, as like
for example, size, font, color, style etc. You can use any time when you need.
This tab contains more
than the home tab, it is really for inserting things. It is really helpful,
some things you can do in this tab are add clip art, add link, chart,
hyperlink, blank page etc.
This tab is mostly there for adding the final touch to your
document and fixing it a little. You can change the orientation, size of your
document.
This tab is for inserting references. Example adding citations, a table of
contents, footnotes, bibliography, captions etc.
This tab is for making envelopes and labels, starting a mail merge (sending the
same document to people)
This tab is for things like
spelling and grammar, translating, dictionary, thesaurus, adding a comment or
protect document etc.
This tab has
something to do with how your document looks like. It is sort of similar to
page layout, example zoom in or out, gridlines, ruler, full screen reading etc.
This tab only
applies with pictures, clip art, word art, or photos. This tab is for adjusting
the image and text, changing the brightness, contrast, effect, color, shape
fill etc.
6 . Scroll Button
Up & Down :
It button using
for text document up to down Or down to up moving.
7. Zoom Tool:
This tool use to zoom view of your document.
